Due to food deprivation and eating foods that do not nourish or energise you.
- You’re stressing over not getting any or enough exercise, due to time restraints, gym opening hours and classes that do not suit your schedule. You are a busy individual with plans afoot but struggling to stay fit and get those successes under your belt. It seems to be one thing or another.

Feeling overwhelmed because of a lack of life balance. Everybody wants a piece of you. You’re stuck in the middle of it all with your own personal dreams and aspirations feeling like a million miles away, or worse, untouchable.
- How much brain space is being taken up by all the stuff you must do daily?
- For example, perhaps you are a busy entrepreneur with a growing business, a partner and a family (that was me). There you are, running to the supermarket at the last gasp to get something, anything, for dinner! You get there and you cannot decide, so you grab the easiest energy dense food on the front of the aisle.
- You have real needs to be healthier, fitter and more successful but you just cannot pull the nutrition, fitness and mindfulness together.
REMADE coaching has you covered. I have spent years researching, experimenting and investing to help you improve your nutrition, fitness and mindfulness.
Over (6 weeks being the very least) ideally 12 weeks, I will coach you around your current and future health and wellness goals. Weight minding nutrition that nourishes and energises you, using great recipes. Access to lots of different workouts that make you happy and do you good, (no diets, extreme exercising or added stresses). Clearing those mental blocks holding you back from your future success.
Every week I give you fabulous food recipes that are nourishing and energising.
You’ll gradually build a portfolio of meal and snack ideas that nourish and energise you, all whilst minding your weight and metabolism.
Flexible recipes that can be mixed, matched and substituted to suit personal preferences and practical circumstances. Recipes that you will go back to time and time again. You will find your favourites.
These recipes will help elevate your energy balance so that it is abundant for living a successful life. Every week you’ll also receive that 20–30-minute online class with me. You’ll also have full access (whilst you are being coached) to a variety of other workouts you can do to suit your own energy needs. You’ll also have a far better idea about how you can respect your own energy levels and pick exercise that suits that suits you on strong days and not so strong days.
We’ll mindfully transition using moderation, tuning you into your own natural bio feedback cues like hunger, energy cravings, sleep and mood.
Why moderation? It hones mindfulness, you’ll learn about yourself, eat and exercise as a practice, rather than something you either do “right” or “wrong”/ good or bad.
Moderation does not have an amount; it has a feeling. You’ll stop stressing and obsessing over your health and fitness.
Using your time and mental load doing what you want to do.
Mindfulness is a low level of automated thinking happening all the time. This is not a get results quick type of coaching. It’s a lifelong approach that will take a little time and effort to practice it.
But! You never look back.
You will no longer be operating out of a scarcity mindset.
REMADE coaching will help you to see many more eating and activity options to suit your own personality, psychology, physiology, personal and practical circumstances. We’ll work this out together.
You’ll live by nutritional and activity commitments of your own design. These will help keep you on the right track towards your own goals. Keeping that energy balanced so as you can achieve more in your life.
How do you work with me?
Option 1
REMADE 1:1 Transformational Coaching (minimum 6 weeks)
We’ll have a weekly 45-minute transformational coaching call. This can be fitness or life coaching.
You will also receive weekly REMADE REM’s (Recipes, Exercise, Mindfulness) while you are being coached.
7 days of sample recipes, that fit into busy lifestyles, nourish and energise you. Build yourself a portfolio of recipes that you will be able to adapt to your own.
I will coach you around the how.
Access to 20–30-minute exercise classes to suit your energy levels and the time you have.
If you have time and energy, you can do 2! If not, do 1.
They are programmed to be efficient and effective. You’ll find body strength and conditioning, abs and core work, cardio, HiLo Aerobics, Pilates and Yoga. Some use equipment (which is always optional).
Education around mindfulness that helps you find more self-awareness, moderation, behaviour and habit changes. Getting you away from the scarcity mindset to one that is abundant.
