Rediscovering you

Hello! I am Linda aka “Mrs Allison,” founder of the Weight Minders Club and I have a real-life long-term approach for long lasting change to female health, fitness and wellbeing. I am not a 35-year-old guy (no offence meant to 35-year-old men) but a 58 year old female, who’s had 3 children and is going through menopause. 

I know how you feel! 

Even although we are all unique, I absolutely have something in common with you, (female) and having my experiences. 

Together within the WM club, we’ll help ascertain your current relationship with food, movement and exercise by looking at how mindful your approach is around your present lifestyle and environment. 

Through transformational fitness and nutrition coaching, learn more about your own female metabolism, we will work together learning all about what works for you.

You will learn how to use your own inbuilt cues; you might not even know they even exist yet. 

Learn new ways and tools to mindfully improve your relationship with your body first:

This embodiment with the 3M’s above first, and then live out the rest of your life rediscovering trust, renewed respect and compassion within yourself and your own in-built, natural ability to thrive. 

No more relying on the next ‘fad’ that comes along. Let’s get rid of the fads in order to feel fit fab and forever. 

You want to eat the same on Saturday as you do Monday, have a social life, go on holiday, attend family occasions, events and outings with friends. Not feeling pressured by what you really want to enjoy. Or perhaps you’re too busy comparing yourself to everyone else or mindlessly overindulging. Taking everything offered to you because you don’t want to offend anyone, vowing to be perfect again on Monday.
